Breastfeeding is the Norm

When I first got pregnant, I knew nothing about breastfeeding. I actually assumed I'd be formula feeding, until I ran across an article on Facebook that convinced me to try for at least 3 months. I thought it was weird and something shameful. I thank mommy groups like Milky Mommas on Facebook for educating me about the benefits of breastfeeding for a year or more, and changing my views of breastfeeding in general.

First time moms should know that breastfeeding isn't weird or shameful. It is the biological norm and you have support out there. Don't ever be ashamed of breastfeeding if that's your choice. If no one else is there for you, I am! ❤
